For more than 20 years, Anne Lawrence has been a management consultant, coach and workshop facilitator focused on essential behaviors for long-term performance and profit improvement. A successful entrepreneur, having worked in corporate America at a Fortune 20 company, she has a wide range of experience: customer service, marketing, sales, planning and execution.

Anne and her husband, Bob, are dedicated to helping organizations improve employee productivity (thus profits). Emphasis: (1) putting the right people in the right places doing the right things and (2) personal accountability, leadership, focus on priorities, communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills, sales and service—Bottom line: stronger businesses and better work environments.

In addition to work, Anne is active in her community, providing her management skills to nonprofit organizations. When not working or volunteering, Anne is busy hybridizing daylilies.
